A Touch control system, with dynamic LED display (possibility to choose between 5 languages) are offered on the control panel under the door.

Thanks to the capacitive touch control system, the blast chillers and freezers belonging to the FASTER line allow quick selection of automatic or manual chilling or freezing cycles. The standard USB port allows you to download HACCP data easily and instantly. 3 cycles: Blast chilling, Freezing, SRC defrosting.
