The CA-301 Vegetable Preparation machine designed to process large amounts of fruit and  vegetables quickly and  safely. Saves on labour costs, quick return on investment and  hygienic results. Built-in safety features to ensure maximum safety for the user. Ideal for schools, hospitals, busy cafes, pubs, restaurants and  hotels. Single phase 1-speed motor (365rpm) and  stainless steel motor base, supplied with a plug (requires no hardwiring). Universal attachment includes an inlet for long vegetables, along with a separate inlet (136cm squared) for larger items. Up to 450 kg/hour output. Note: Disc Kit 1 includes 4mm Julienne Disc (FCE-4+), 4mm Shredding Disc (FR-4+), 3mm Curved Slicing Disc (FCC-3+).
