A singular frying appliance that can be used either as a countertop model or on a Roller Grill stand, this Single Tank Electric Fryer is perfect for the frying of chips both fresh and frozen.
The oil cavity has a built in cold zone to house any lost food fragments and prevent them further contaminating your oil, extending each baths lifespan and saving you money.
Drainage and maintenance are assisted by the presence of a tap at the front of the unit, removing the need for you or your staff to wait for the oil to cool before draining.
