This Lincat GS7 Silverlink 600 has a solid 12mm thick machined steel plate which ensures even heat distribution and excellent heat distribution and heat retention. The fully welded plates eliminate dirt traps, large fat collection drawer so you can wait until the end of service before emptying not only that but the fat drainage channel keeps surface free from grease, High and low heat setting for controlled cooking, flame failure device for extra safety and the Piezo ignition is a simple and convenient method of lighting.
