A: Yes, it includes a bypass doser which is perfect for making the occasional decaf or using a specific pre-ground blend without emptying the main hoppers.

Q: How noisy is the grinder in an office environment?

A: It's designed for these exact spaces. While you'll hear it grinding, the sound is brief and  generally much quieter than standalone commercial grinders.

Q: What kind of milk works best for the automatic frother?

A: For the creamiest, richest foam, we always recommend using cold, full-fat or semi-skimmed milk. Barista-style oat milk also froths exceptionally well.

Q: How many coffees can it make before I need to refill the water tank?

A: This depends on the drink sizes you're making, but you can typically expect to get between 6 and  8 standard-sized coffees before a refill is needed.

Q: Can I adjust the strength and  temperature of the coffee?

A: Absolutely. The touch-screen interface allows you to easily customise the coffee strength, temperature, and  volume for each drink before you make it.

Q: Does this machine need to be plumbed into the mains water supply?

A: No, this is a tank-fill machine. You simply fill the internal water reservoir manually, which means you can place it anywhere you have a standard plug socket.

Q: How often does the used coffee grounds container need emptying?

A: The machine will display an alert to let you know when the container is full. This is typically after making around 10 to 14 coffees.
