A fantastic quality high capacity fryer, the Valentine Evo 400 is the perfect addition to the professional restaurant kitchen.
With a generously sized 18 Litre tank, you can produce deliciously crispy chips, fish, tempura and more, whilst saving money on oil and energy.
The fryer itself features an innovate single-pressed oil tank with small cool zone - which means that its easy to clean and less oil is required in the tank.
Less oil means running costs are reduced, both in terms of oil and the energy taken to get to cooking temperature.
