The HD5 provides a humidified environment preventing freshly cooked chicken from drying out and allowing the chicken to be presented in a desirable fashion.
This double tier model has an additional radiant heat controlled warmer on the upper tier. Both tiers are illuminated for appealing food display and both act as a pass through, with front and rear access doors.
The pans are removable, providing a quick and easy solution for cleaning.
