- Rectangular gantry in bright polished steel, powder coated black gantry side panels and aluminium profile
- Features a flat heated ceran glass dish presentation area, heated evenly from underneath by individual heater mat elements
- Product illumination/ surface heat provided by infra red quartz heat lamps to each 1/1 GN area. Lamps are housed within a rectangular profile gantry and mid shelf
- Gantry fitted with flat toughened sneeze screen glass for food protection
- Self help application
- 24 hour operation as standard
- Features gantry mounted digital temperature display, base heat control panel and top heat control by dimmer switch (to operator side of display)
- Supplied with lifting kit for installation and concealed control box & 2M flexible electrical conduit for hard wiring to a 3.3KW/16a/230v electrical supply
- Flat glass profile is designed to complement other units within the Kubus range
Hold an assortment of flat bottomed dishes on a commercial Kubus Drop In Hotplate, a rectangular food display that uses reliable ceran glass for consistent round the clock heating.
Give your customers the hard choice of an extensive and delicious food range, with up to 5/1 gastronorm pans worth of heated foods being available for display at any given time.
Any flat bottom trays or containers can be used beneath the overhead gantry, which holds not only the heating lamps but reinforced sneeze screens to lower the risk of contamination.
Both the temperature of the heat lamps and integrated mats beneath the ceramic can be changed separately on a straightforward digital control panel on the operators side of the unit.Please note: base/counter not included.
